SMTP Service not logging in Win2008

Had an issue where SMTP on a Win2008 box was not logging to files, even though i had turned on logging in the SMTP properties. It seems that there is a dependency for logging to also have the ODBC logging module enabled when you add the IIS roles to the server. Without this, logging to files will NOT work.

Something to be mindful of.
